It can be used over cushions and foam mattresses to ensure that the next layer of material slides onto the foam more easily. It can stretch to approximately 3x its size if necessary.
Please note - The ends are cut and become very delicate. We normally supply oversized to account for but Please be careful when handling as there is a risk of laddering if not handled with care prior to application
