Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MASTA Upholstery Supplies.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time for all orders is within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note that Royal Mail 24 & 48 are tracked services but they only show when an item has been delivered, or an attempt to be delivered has been made.

 

The above services are what we typically use but may be swapped for an alternative, equivalent service without notice. 

Textiles & Fabrics will always be sent folded. This sometimes causes slight creasing but these are normally easy to iron out underneath a cloth heat barrier. If you would like the material delivered on the roll then please select “Oversize” as your delivery option. 

 

 Unfortunately, as standard, we don't usually ship outside of the UK. If you would like to purchase items from outside of the UK, please get in touch to discuss and we will try to accommodate if we can.
